Client Services Director
Anthony started his working life training as a screen printer, learning about screen making and printing onto various substrates, dragging a squeegee across a silk screen for what seemed like an eternity, Anthony soon realised the opportunities in this field would be limited.
Wanting more reward for his efforts Anthony decided that moving into a sales role would be advantageous. After many years working as a sales executive within the Exhibition industry Anthony built up a strong client base consisting mostly of large Blue chip companies.
Now Sales Director of Guardian Display Anthony is directly responsible for the sales of the business. His role is to help with the continuous growth of the company and finding new ways to improve profitability. The many years of being involved in the exhibition and events industry has seen Anthony work with some of the largest and well known organisations in the UK, helping to provide high quality turn key solutions for their exhibition or event requirements.
Anthony is very much the family man with a wife and 2 young children, who keep him very busy. On a Sunday morning he can be found donning his football boots to try and re-kindle former glory.
Client Services Director
Some say that he washes his hands too much, others may say that he has full on OCD, but we know him to be a friendly, approachable guy and a good boss.
Gavin’s perfectionist traits can be seen in the way he goes about his work and a keen eye for detail, which makes him a very good project manager, critical when handling a large exhibition stand installation.
Gavin enjoys meeting prospective clients, from large corporates to SME’s and sharing the high quality range of exhibition display solutions and services that Guardian Display can offer.
With the first ten years of his working life, spent as a Managing Consultant at a large US consultancy firm, Gavin wanted to move into a sales and client relationship role, within the busy exhibition and events industry, where he has now worked for the past six years.
Now, sharing the helm of Guardian Display with Anthony Booty, both family men -- with young families, who will continue to work hard to make Guardian Display a first class exhibition and event branding company, which both it’s clients and employees will value as much as they do.
Francesca completed her A-Levels in Media, Psychology and English Language in 2016. She was determined to get kick-started with her career, and joined Guardian Exhibition and Display as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.
A year later, she moved into the role of Client Services. She loves meeting new people and at Guardian Display this allows her to develop close working relationships with a variety of people and also learn many areas of the business – which wouldn’t have been possible without Gavin and Anthony.
Francesca loves socialising with her friends and family outside of the office. She is a big fan of music, so she is often at gigs watching her favourite bands play live! As well as this, she always finds time to keep up with the latest fashion trends, along with working out on a regular basis.
Head of Design
Since achieving a BA (hons) in Graphic Design, Nikki has worked in a variety of agency, freelance and in-house design roles both in the UK and in Hong Kong. She visited various silkscreen and litho printing factories in China on business, so has a great understanding of the entire production process from design to print.
Nikki loves being in the Guardian Display studio, designing graphics for exhibition stands, proofing artwork for print and creating 2D & 3D visuals to help clients envisage the final product. She also works on marketing material for Guardian Display.
Nikki has two beautiful daughters, which keep her busy outside of work. Nikki’s other half is currently the Mayor of Castle Point, so she often accompanies him to official engagements as the Mayoress. She enjoys taking her daughters for family days out, cooking, and has been an avid surfer since her teens.
Before diving into the exhibition industry, Hannah spent her younger years swimming competitively and working as a lifeguard until deciding to pursue her passion for design. After 2 years gaining knowledge and industry experience with a graphic design company, she joined Guardian Display as a Designer. Hannah’s responsibilities involve creating 3D visualisations and proofing client artwork before print to ensure its quality, as well as being heavily involved with the company’s marketing campaigns.
Outside of the office, Hannah is also a talented artist excelling in painting and drawing, even holding her own art exhibition back in 2014.
Leigh started his working life in the print and signage industries working as a screen printer, artworker and signage designer when the digital age was born. Since then he has worked at small local and London design agencies and managed a design team within a global corporate construction company.

Brad "Rocky" Gordon has been a part of the Guardian Display team since the company first opened its doors. A keen eye for detail and a determination to complete a job to perfection has given Brad a comprehensive array of skills within the industry. Brad has travelled across the UK & Europe to deliver a first-class installation service to our clients, and his drive to be the best at what he does gives our company an important edge over our competitors.
In his spare time, Brad competes as an amateur boxer, and as a youngster went face to face with legendary British boxer Ricky Hatton. Brad only lost the match on a point’s decision, despite being the underdog and thus earned the nickname of "Rocky."
